Based on the experience I had in the interview, I will give a little suggestion for those of you who do not know how to answer the questions in the interview:
1.Tell me about yourself?
My name is Atang Suteja, but you can call me Teja. I’m 21 years old. I am from Bandung. I have just graduated from Polytechnic Piksi Ganesha Bandung majoring Informatics Management. I like to make coding in programming web, and I love music and playing futsal.
2.Why do you want to work in this company?
Based on the research I have done, this company is big and has very promising career.
And the company is engaged in programming, of course, I would feel very happy when work here.
3.What is your plan in the next 5 years?
In the next 5 years I want to be a programmer who contributed in your company, by working hard and working well I would be a professional programmer and the best in this company.
4.Tell me about your strength and weaknesses?
• My strength is to be working with the team to create a program, and I am easy to learn, and I am a hard worker and timely.
• My weakness is a pessimistic person, I know this attitude makes me not going to be a success, and therefore I will eliminate the pessimistic attitude with the optimistic attitude.
5.What is your last education and what did you learn?
My last school Diploma with a degree 3 A.Md. I learned to program and computer science.
6.Tell me about your working (organisation now) experience?
I interned at PT.INTI, where I learned how to make a website.
